At least 90% of the FCP’s assets will always be invested in debt securities issued or guaranteed by the government, excluding medium- and long-term bond UCITS securities, receivables representing repurchase agreements carried out by the FCP as assignee and cash.

The FCP may not hold shares, investment certificates, allotment or subscription rights, units of “equity” UCITS, units of “diversified” UCITS, units of “contractual” UCITS, securities of Undertakings for Collective Investment in Capital (UCITS), or securities of Collective Investment Funds for Securitization (FPCT), while complying with the regulations in force.
