Best Place to Work certification renewed for Red Med Capital with a score of 87%

Source : Jeune Afrique

Red Med Capital and its five subsidiaries — Red Med Corporate Finance, Red Med Asset Management, Red Med Private Equity, Red Med Securities, and Red Med Real Estate — were awarded the “Best Places to Work” certification in April 2025, with an overall score of 80%. This recognition ranked Red Med Capital 6th among the best employers in Morocco.

In April 2026, Red Med Capital successfully renewed this certification following the same evaluation process, achieving an overall score of 87%, a 7-point increase compared to 2025. This progress reflects our ongoing commitment and our continuous improvement approach, driven by the assessment and implementation of recommended actions.

This distinction is based on a rigorous evaluation of HR practices, as well as a survey conducted among the Group’s 80 employees. It measures their level of satisfaction and helps identify concrete areas for improvement.

Eight key dimensions are assessed: corporate social responsibility, team relationships, engagement, leadership and managerial excellence, internal organization, employee benefits, HR policies, and compensation.

At Red Med Capital, our employees are at the heart of our priorities. Their professional and personal development is essential. Diversity is also a core pillar of our corporate culture, and we are proud to have 46% women across the Group. We will continue our efforts to promote gender equity and foster an increasingly inclusive work environment.
