Created in 2020, Red Med Private Equity is an investment fund management company approved to manage OPCCs.

Red Med Private Equity, the brainchild of a few professionals working in the capital markets segment, focused on African, and specifically, Moroccan SMEs.

Given its strong roots in the local economic and financial ecosystem, Red Med Private Equity combines a pragmatic approach adapted to the specificities of African SMEs with management that meets the highest national and international standards.

The management team’s DNA is strongly entrepreneurial. Red Med Private Equity aims to provide entrepreneurs with strategic and operational support, in addition to financing, and to assist them in the transition to a higher stage of development.

Red Med Private Equity is in the process of raising its first Colombus 1 investment fund with a target size of MAD 900 million, as a first-phase support for Moroccan companies, followed by a second-phase support for Ivorian, Senegalese and Tunisian companies.
